According to the Rules of Postal Services (RPS, cl.30) legal persons send international parcels closed (sealed with their own stamp or by the customs authorities of the Russian Federation) according to lists of stated form(f. 103-а). Custom declarations (CN 23) and form of dispatch note (CP 71) are attached to each parcel.
Organization and entities prepare lists of 103-а form by themselves. You can get sample of f.103-а list in post offices.
