New postal service grants communication opportunities, provides delivery of any information (video and voice messages).
Interactive postal card (IPC) represents postal item that contains goods.
IPC is ordinary card with enveloping attached or special envelope with item. The name of the service Interactive Postal Card is on the envelope.
Interactive postal card is domestic postal item. It can be sent within the Russian Federation only.
IPC is produced industrially after the design of card is approved by FSUE Russian Post.
Goods can be enveloped:
- Souvenir production (trinkets, magnets and so on)
- Advertising samples (samples of eau de toilette, creams and so on)
- Plastic cards
- CD/DVD
Weight: to 150 g.
Dimensions:
- maximal - 162*229*10 mm;
- minimal - 90*140*1 mm.
Form: square limited by dimensions.
Delivery time is as delivery time of parcels within the RF.
Joint tariff rates for delivery within the RF:
- to 50 g - 17 rub.
- to 100 g - 22 rub.
- to 150 g - 27 rub.
Payment for delivery is confirmed:
For individuals:
- state postage stamps (postage stamps).
For legal entities:
- state postage stamps (postage stamps);
- postage meter's stamps.
