Money order payment is carried out within 72 hours. It depends on providing a remote place with necessary sum of money. Maximal sum of money order is 500 000 rubles.

Post holds centralized control over each postal item. It excludes inappropriate use of customers’ money and loss of documentation on delivery during forwarding process. Difficult of access districts of our country apply mixed technologies (combination of electronic and traditional delivery technologies). With introducing the technology of bar codes applying on postal money order form containing all information related to the money order let reduce sufficiently one-customer service time.
Money order transfer between individuals and legal entities is one of undoubted pluses of money order system «CyberDengui».
Russian Post is the only enterprise that performs money orders and offers its customers extra-services at the will: free of charge advice of money order delivery, forwarding extra information with money order (not exceeding 70 symbols), advice of money order payment for a sender (for extra payment), money order home delivery.
All post offices grant service of money order home delivery. Both recipient and sender can fill in the form of money order. A money order of any category requested for home delivery will be delivered on the same day post office receives it.
FSUE Russian Post has also implemented the project «rate-free money order» for individuals making money orders to legal entities. Business customers who concluded the respective contract with Russian Post pay cost of the service themselves.
